The first day of the Guild Wars Guru 2011 GvG Championship Series is coming up this Saturday, and we will be providing commentary for the single elimination portion of the Casual and Bronze divisions.

Date: Saturday, April 9th
Time: 2:00 pm PST/9:00 pm UTC
Place: Guru's GvG Commentary channel on justin.tv

For this event, commentary will be provided by Hates, Demigod, and Azn Half of Inadequately Equipped [GeAr]. The broadcast will be starting slightly before the matches come on observer to provide time for preliminary discussions about the metagame.

For those viewers who are interested but unable to attend, recordings will be available at Apok's YouTube channel afterwards.

im pretty sure they will be on obs mode since they are on tournament in the GW game itself.

Tournament matches are displayed separately; regardless of rank.

Probably. I remember the old player run Rawr cup worked like that and was put in Special Events on obs.

Most of the previous player run tournaments have had their matches put on Obs under special events, like ESL and so on. Shouldn't exactly be a problem.

Really fun to watch and listen to the commentary, thanks for doing this! Favorite match was zomg vs moto on weeping stone. The contagion bomb build was also pretty entertaining. 3 dervish builds are so un-fun to watch.
